:hello i have access to files on the network, now i need to get the printer hooked up.. The printer is hooked up to the main pc which is on a wireless router, when i click add printer from laptop (wireless) screen popup says that i need to contact adminstator to allow access to printer. Any suggestions. Main pc is xp pro and laptop is window 7 thanks

Hi I have a pc with windows xp pro that is on the telus seimens 567 wireless modem and is connected to the printer. My daughter has a laptop with windows 7 that can connect wirelessly with the modem. How do go about setting up the network so she can share files and use the printer. thanks for any help
