Can anybody help me? I have been using Office 2003 on Vista for twelve months on my laptop. My problem which has just surfaced is that I can no longer save Word docs either by pressing save or by Save as or by Control S. I can still save wordpad docs, so I know it is not the wider Windows environment. I have reinstalled Office which corrected the problem temporarily but once the Windows update has been done, the problem reoccurs. The only other thing that might be associated is that I keep getting a warning ' Saving the autoRecovery file is postponed for Normal.'??? Any help would be gratefully received. Thank you.
