I had a problem in running executable files where by an error message will pop up telling me I do not have permissions, whereas I'm administrator, locked in as administrator. After some struggle, i just had to format the machine and reinstall. Now in installing Vista Codec pack, i get this error: Error 1904. Module C:\Windows\system32\rmoc3260.dll failed to register. HRESULT -2147220473. Please, I need some help. I just did a fresh install.
