Well....here is something for the experts. My "kernells" and "dlls" have mutinied. I have been told that this is very serious. How do I fix it? I have XP Pro as OS. When I go on the internet, most of the time I cannot access any hyperlinks. My search button under my start menu has stopped working. I got a message last night from my Norton firewall that someone was trying to access my computer. Do I have a trojan? (That's a funny name for an invader. I thought Trojans were supposed to protect you.) Anyway, How do I look to see if I have a Trojan? I also get a messge from my computer sometimes that it's starting a physical memory dump. This message comes up on a blue screen. I know when the blue screen shows up it's time for to break out the defibullater. I really need some help here.

I took out the automatic restart. I'll wait for the impending crash and do as you suggested.

Ummmmmmmm....I think 256. Is that right? I always get that mixed up. I get an error saying IE is having a problem and have to reopen the browser. Maybe it's a browser problem. I seem to run Netscape ok.

I am using explorer 6.0. Now I can't click on any hyperlinks when I'm browsing. Even in this forum. I think something is really wrong. I looked in my system information and there are some dll files that are inactive. Also something else called "kernell drivers" ....lots of them are gone or inactive or something. I read somewhere that when those dll guys leave you may as well call it a day! Under my start menu.....my search button won't respond. What the heck is happening!!!!

HI, Can anyone help with this awful problem? I'm on the internet and all of a sudden I'm crashing. This happens a few times a day. It happens most when I am opening graphics on the web, but it can also just happen for no reason. I have a Sony Vaio. It's almost a year old. I have 11 GB of space with 1.8 left. It's really making me crazy. Any ideas out there?
