    Like Hazor stated, it is possible to do a fix on multiple partitions Correct, my 1TB Seagate drive has two partitions. It has failed twice and I have recovered it successfully both times with no loss of data. After the second time I also applied the SD1A firmware update so we shall see how long it lasts this time.
