I am trying to use Windows 7 Backup and restore in W7 Home Premium on 64 bit desktop. I have tried 3 times after a quick format of my Seagate FreeAgent 500 exterior disk. Each time I get a vertical red line and the message "Check your backup. The last backup did not complete successfully". I am at a complete loss of what to do next. The Backup and Restore page shows the amount of free space on my 'New Volume F' and the size of the backup it has done. If someone is kind enough to offer a solution to my problem, could you please put it in the form of a click by click process. Hopefully Stamyrn.

I am using Windows Live Mail with Vista Home Premium and very often when I "forward" or "reply" I lose the options to change fonts, size, bold, italic, underline, colour etc. How can I ensure I always retain these options.

I have an Acer Aspire 5520 with Vista Home Premium OS and have ordered W7. When W7 arrives and I have to Clean Install, will my Acer pre installed recovery section also disappear.
