Hi, my daughter has hp pavilion dv6000 having windows vista. last time she has installed different programs and then her computer hibernated. since then every time she wants to load up vista, you can see the computer is running and all the lights are on but the screen is black or not displaying. i was able to just once get into the safe mode to remove the software that she has installed but i was not able to be back again. looking forward for your help, Thank you
