  1. Hello, Hope you can help ! I have a local network, one Vista pc, one XP and one Fedora. I can ping each machine from each other, using IP addresses and named hosts using hosts file. The problem is: I have an Apache web server running on the Vista machine, but I cant see it from the other two machines. I also have an apache server runnning on the XP machine, which I cant see from the other two. I have turned off all the firewalls to see if it is a firewall issue, this did not resolve the problem. None of the requests hit the server as nothing appears in the access logs or is returned to the browser. I've been going nuts trying to work it out! Any clue anyone? please! . All suggestions welcome Many thanks
