  1. Hello Tripredacus! I have some knowledge of MSCONFIG and I've used. I use the Advanced SystemCare instead of CCleaner. But there is a way to set some registry values that helps to optimize the system. Below is a list of commands that have tried and it worked, if you want to test also.
