Difference between x86 and x64 Windows 2003 CD?

Well, I didn't want to bump such an old thread... But, the poster is asking EXACTLY my question... Anybody have an answer for this? I'd like to get PXE Installs working on x64 Windows... But instead I'm getting it attempting to yank everything from i386 rather than amd64!
