  1. Restore the Administrator rights

    Hello every body, i'm trying to install new device (USB external modem) but when loading the software for that modem my computer response two messeges: 1) cannot load newdev.dll 2) to install usb DSL modem "only administrator privilage to install that USB" note: I'm administrator and i tried to boot in safe mode and tried to install by Administrator user but nothing happened... same same Q: do i have to install windowsXP again or i can fix it? Best regards
