I've checked with qfecheck.exe which hotfixes are installed: Q282784 Q327979 Q814995* Q819696* And the one with the * are in my svcpack.inf, so it looks like he installed 2 hotfixes but not the rest.

yes deleted that file. Do you got MSN messenger(my msn is nickyjanssen@hotmail.com)? That quicker. I'll post our result here afterwords
