  1. I'm a bit of a newbie to this so please excuse me if this is a repeat of a previous topic (tho' a search didn't find owt). I am setting up an unattended install of XP Pro where the idea is to use a PCMCIA network card. These network cards have a problem in that they cannot share interrupts and require a registry change on some laptops to set "DisableIsaToPciRouting" to "1" in order to get them to work under XP. I also need to replce the driver from the CD with a later version. I am following the excellent advice in here about setting this up and all is well on most laptops. The problem that I am seeing is that on some laptops the registry change is not always being applied which leaves the card unusable until it is manually added and the machine re-booted. Are there any special problems/proceedures I should be aware of when applying registry hacks for network drivers ?? TIA Dave
