    Thanks for the reply. I am running as administrator already. Each time I open Word it loads the add in even though it doesn't work. Definitely not happy with it. Regards Martin

    I've got a new Dell running Vista and am having problems with my dymo label writer and Word 2003. The addin putting the dymo icon in word worked fine in XP but not on this machine with vista. When I open Word it loads 'Microsoft Office Word feature' which I presume is the Dymo addin. If I try to use the icon Word comes up with a runtime error and shuts down. I have downloaded and installed the latest Dymo Vista software and consulted their support. They say its a Vista problem. Any thoughts as I am out of ideas.
