    Dont know how to fix it but i dont see a reason to patch it. Be careful if you try other patches. If you patch with the wrong version your TCP.sys will be corrupted and you wont be able to boot. About half-open. There is no reason to patch it. It doesnt affect internet speeds.

    Best way is to read and decide if you need the components. Most important things to remove are All asian laguages - 1GB All printer drivers - 700mb Games - 300MB Speech suport 1GB and native speech support 700MB
