  1. 98SE broadband speed slower than XP

    cancer8mine posted a topic in Windows 9x/ME
    why is my broadband speed slower in 98SE? and how can i get the same speeds as XP? if you guys and gals need my system and driver info ill be glad to add it. thanks for any info.
