    hi all im a reseller n just sold a seagate 7200.12/16MB 500GB last week.yesterday d buyer told me tht d hdd might hv a prob.d pc restarted while he was surfing using firefox after a blue screen appeared for a second,certainly not bsod.after a few times of rebooting,he pulld out d hdd from d setup n it didnt restart anymore.d hdd is an add-on,no windows installed. is tis a software or hardware problem?im gonna check it myself tis tuesday.tis little info might not helped much but i just wanna get a general idea wht went wrong n make d pc restarted. thanks
