IDK wuts going on with my computer. The task bar and desktop keep refreshing everyone few seconds. It continues to freeze the computer making it hard for me to do work. I noticed whenever it refreshes....my browser, AIM, and anything that isnt part of the Windows XP stays. If i were to open My Documents or Paint or Control Panel when it refreshes it will go away. And no the bar is not on Autohide. ive checked. Ive attached screenshots.
