wouldn't that delete all the updates installed ? or newer files won't be rewritten ? all the other programs might stop working if i do that, i think. isn't there any other solution ?

everytime i try to run the network setup wizard, nothing happens. I've tryed to used the command from the Start - Run - netsetup.exe and it still doesn't work. it apears that message Yes or No, i click Yes it extract some files and then nothing happens. I think the only solution is to format but format 120GB without any entire backups it's to risky. is there someone who knows something about this ? or have the same problem ? i've tryed to use regsvr32 netshell.dll and still doesn't work. i've tryed a system restore but i've got this problem a long time. If anyone knows who to resolve this problem without formating it would be nice
