  1. Drivers for Samsung ML-1640 monochrome laser printer

    It seems that Samsung did not develop specific win98se drivers for the ML-1640 printer. However, I found that you can print with the ML-1640 using the drivers for the old Samsung ML-2510. Win98se drivers for ML-2510 can still be downloaded from Samsung website. I've been using the 2510 drivers with the 1640 printer for a couple of months, and worked fine so far. It seems very little change in electronics from the 2510 to the 1640 model. You need also Microsoft's Virtual Printer Port for USB, in case you don't have it installed in your system yet.
