  1. manual install and uprgrade option is missing from my opearating syste

    Hello I am a noobie to this nlite stuff...but I am basically trying to get xp on to my EEE PC. The option that says manual intall and upgrade under operating system options is not there...along with a bunch of stuff that should be. Please see the attached pic for reference... What do I do? What is wrong with this?
