Yeah.. it already is under the Administrator account. I was looking through the microsoft website and I found this: http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?...&Product=ol2002 I did the "Reset Web Settings" part but it did not work. I don't have another computer so I didn't do the registry edit part they said.

I havent installed any new security software lately, except I have Ad-Aware and Spybot and I do run those once in a while. I don't have any Anti-Virus software. Please do let me know if you find the settings that I would need to change.

The error that popped up was "This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact your system administrator." I saw something similiar to what you said but it didnt help.

The image i took a screenshot of is the "error" that I am receiving. I want to turn that restriction thing off but I have no clue how to do that.

I don't know if anyone here has played the RPG game Kingdom Hearts that was released for PS2 back in late 2002, but my website is dedicated to the highly anticipated sequel, Kingdom Hearts 2 Check it out: www.kingdomhearts2.net I started the website around November 2003 and it's been doing great since with a fair amount of hits and forum members. If you own a PS2, i highly reccomend you to get Kingdom Hearts (it's a Greatest hits game, so it's fairly cheap)

I'm having a problem in Microsoft Outlook and I was hoping someone here could help me out. I'm using XP and Outlook 2002 When I click a link in an e-mail or when I try to go to a website from my favorites on Outlook, I get the following error: Can anyone help me out?
