  4. oh i think my model is awrdacpi and manufacture is Phoenix Technologies or something that's why i cant find ram on Crucial.com because it said that can't find manufacture

I want to installing new ram because my pc is toooo slow... but I have no knowledge about ram at all.. hix I heard ppl said that in order to upgrade you need to have compatible ram?? and I don't know what it is...
