hey, im running vista on my advent 7208 laptop, and i decided to upgrade my ram by 1GB(to 2GB). both chips match in speed, but vista does not recognise the ram chip ive just installed. at first, i thought it was a dodgy chip, but my friend advised me to install cpuz, which shows that the chip is there, and should work. does anyone have any idea as to what i can do to get vista to recognise it?? thanks a lot, desertfox050
