  6. the $OEM$ folder needs to be parallel to i386 $OEM$ i386 README.HTM spnotes.htm etc.. etc... do you have $1 under $OEM$ anything under $1 gets copied to the root of the drive where windows is installed $OEM$\$1\Install\ gets copied to c:\install files or folders do not get copied under $OEM$ unless there in a $1, $$, $Docs or $Progs folder $Docs - Documents and Settings $Progs - Program Files $$ - Windows Folder $1 - Root of hard drive where Windows is installed to

  8. create another .cmd file with the copy command in it and use that in RunOnceEx.cmd that's how i do it
