the $OEM$ folder needs to be parallel to i386 $OEM$ i386 README.HTM spnotes.htm etc.. etc... do you have $1 under $OEM$ anything under $1 gets copied to the root of the drive where windows is installed $OEM$\$1\Install\ gets copied to c:\install files or folders do not get copied under $OEM$ unless there in a $1, $$, $Docs or $Progs folder $Docs - Documents and Settings $Progs - Program Files $$ - Windows Folder $1 - Root of hard drive where Windows is installed to

yes they are still in the same place

create another .cmd file with the copy command in it and use that in RunOnceEx.cmd that's how i do it
