  1. Change computer name thru DOS

    llacerda posted a topic in Windows XP
    My computer name got changed then shut down. When I boot it back up it comes to the welcome screen with no users because it doesn't have any set up with the new computer name. I can't get in the system or safe mode. Is there a way to change the computer name through DOS?
