  1. svchost.exe application error at startup

    webking12 posted a topic in Windows XP
    hello, everytime i turn the computer on, i get this message: sometimes it pops up in the user selection screen (that happens if i dont choose a user in a few seconds), and if i choose the user quickly enough, it pops up while my other programs load (at startup). i tried to change the programs that i have on startup, didn't help. i have winXP sp2 quite annoying problem, i'd appreciate any help
