help .help ..please

this is an extreme nlite OS,but i want to install IIS component. I edited the sysoc.inf file. copy the iis.dll &iis.inf to C:\WINDOWS\inf. but it doesn't work when i open the Control panel. IT says "Can't load the IIS.dll or No FOUND ocEntry ,contact the Admin ...ERROR CODE:0x7e " want help.....
