I have a shared folder on a wireless network. Call it folder A. I moved some folders off another shared drive that was full to folder A and I have no problem accessing those items in the folder. The files are all media files that have been downloaded via P2P. The problem is that when my P2P program places a new finished download into folder A, I cannot access it remotely. The folder name appears, but I cannot access it. I do not believe Windows is enabling the sharing on new files. If I disable the sharing of the folder and the re-enable it everything works fine, but I should not have to do this. I am using XP Home edition. Please advise.

All of the sudden I am not getting any audio when I try to watch something with WMP10. I tried removing it and then re-installing, but that did not help. I know the files are good as I have watched some of them before with WMP10 and all of them have audio when using a different player. Any advice?

Also, I have been trying out Firefox. It works good, but I would not use it for everything. I would say that it works better than IE6 for somethings and IE6 is better for others. It does have some nice features though.

I did not delete anything, they were just gone. Yes I have heard of spyware, that is why I use Spybot and AdAware on a constant basis. I never use system restore. I went to the page, logged in, clicked on the "remember me" and it does not remember me.

The other night I come home and turn my laptop on and go to surf the net with IE6. I click on Favorites and all of the site I bookmarked are gone. Now certain sites will not "remember me" when I log in. What would cause this to happen all of the sudden?

If you right click on it and then drag it you will have a move option.

It would be nice if it would display all the sizes in just one column though.

That is not really what I am looking for, thanks anyways though. I went here. http://www.codeproject.com/shell/DirectorySize.asp I dowloaded the the demo project and used the directions for that and it seemed like it installed correctly but it did not work. I do not know how to use the larger file.

Just like the title says, is there any type of registry hack that will display the sizes of the folders when Details is selected?

I asked about this up in the General forum a little while ago. I had been using Total Copy for months and thought it was great. Then one day I was transfering a large folder (5GB) over from and external USB hard drive to the hard drive on my notebook and lost a bunch of important files, all Word and Excel files to be exact. The sub folders they were in were there but none of the files were there. The data was not in the new location and the original ones were gone too. I was p***ed. If it was just a matter of they did not copy then I could have redone it, but it also erased the original files too.

You are working with a .dll file not an .exe. first of all. I can go in there and customise any of the existing things no problem. All I believe it needs is the addition of the right html code string.
