  1. Okay, I also un-installed all IE7 patches, and thereafter installed all available patches from MU. Now, there are no remaining essential updates, so the problem looks solved!
  2. Any update on this? I'm having exactly the same problems, with the same (normal looking) messages in de Windowsupdate log.
