where i can find fxsocm.in_ in corporate winxp cd? it will work if i have got cd with sp2 but i have installed sp3?

hello, i'm new here so i don't know the right place for my question. if this isn't the right one-sorry. okey get back to the problem. i have installed windows xp pro x32 sp3 ( i think so ) corporate version. everything are working on 100% , but i cant enter -add/remove windows components. [ error message is @ the image ] . i don't know what i must do.
