what o/s is best is by far the most stupid question one could ask online. you could at least have worded it "what o/s is best for YOU" different people have different needs and different likes. there will NEVER be a best o/s. it's impossible. so have your flame war over *nix vs. windows. all it does is waste database space and bandwidth. linux is best for ME. i'm not going to argue that it's better than windows. it's different and it suits me. windows is a great o/s. i won't deny it. it has it's flaws, but what doesn't? LINUX DOESN'T!!! (just kidding ).
