Is there any hints on which services I can disable when creating my Vista lite .iso?

So i burn this as a .iso file, then reformat. Do I add this file to my Vista .iso and reburn Vista? Can I use this on a existing OS and just start removing programs? Any help is appreciated, as I want to run 3dMarkVantage all night

Hi guys, Im really interested in this software. Im not to sure on the proper steps to install it though. Im into "benchmarking" and a slimmed down Vista is a fantasy of mine So could someone quickly explain to me what to do to install this amazing product. From the Sticky's Ive read im just not understanding the steps. Thanks in advance
