  1. Cyrillisation on Windows XP x64

    Hello everyone! First I would like to apologize about my bad english. I have a problem with the cyrillic on my computer. I am bulgarian and using Bulgarian (Phonetic) keyboard layout. I have installed it but my Windows is still not cyrillic. I mean some of the software's I use that are in bulgarian language are showing some unreadable symbols. What should I do to fix this? Thank you!
