    It is possible to avoid nLite usage by changing the type of HDD in your BIOS before you try to install Windows. I've got the same problem, my notebook is Sony VGN-FZ31MR. Just don't know what to do. MSDOS fdisk /mbr command doesn't help, as well as multiple partitioning applications.
