Did you manage to resolve this? I'm running into the same problem and have manually removed the files from the source and references to it in DOSNET.INF (I think that was the file name) but it still shows up. I tried Driver Compressor to pull on the x86 drivers but that gave me more problems with my slipstream CD than before.
