  1. Indeed, since version 6, the setup.iss method is not working anymore. I've been searching allot, trying to find out the new method but it seems that there's no method anymore. The new version can't be installed silently. So, the only solution which works perfect for me is to backup your already installed eudora folder and export the registry keys from HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Qualcomm. Make a batch command for your unattended install which copies your backed up folder to your program files directory and run your exported .REG key. Because i'm using the non-pro version, I can't tell you if your version will be registered immediately with this method. At least it has to be able to run. When I look at the files and the register, I think there's a big chance that it will be installed as being registered immediately with my method. In the worst case, you'd only have to register it again when running for the first time. Good luck!
  2. Hi there, I'm currently busy making my own customised unattended XP dvd but I can't get the following to work: The drivers for my M-Audio Delta 1010 soundcard won't install when I install them with the -s flag or first make a setup.iss file and then try it with the -s flag, all other paramters are tried too (/fl /sms etc.), just to see if something else happened but no, nothing. If I extract the files from the Installshield executable, there are no .inf files so I guess letting the files being scanned trough OemPnPDriversPath in winnt.sif is not an option. These are the files which are packed in the Installshield executable: ctor.dll DotNetInstaller.exe IKernel.dll iKernel.rgs IScript.dll ISProBE9x.tlb ISProBENT.tlb IUser.dll objectps.dll Can anyone please tell me what to do? How to create a silent installation that works? (Sorry Admin, maybe it would have been better to place this one in the unattended windows section...)
