Hello! I have joined MSFN exactly because of a similar problem with creative audigy applications for my 2ZS card after installing sp3 over a very well behaved sp2. So Elny, you're not alone! In my case each of the creative applications such as diagnostics reports errors when I try to run them. I also cannot find a restore point that works, so I'm really stuck, too. Thinking about a total rebuild of OS. Hope someone can help, please. Here's the error file I got with the diagnostics program 485b_appcompat.txt
