  1. Continual "Error 403 - Forbidden"

    mlints posted a topic in Windows XP
    My kids crashed the PC yesterday, and after it re-booted, the only response I get from Internet Explorer no matter what web site I try to visit is "HTTP Error 403 - Forbidden". Luckily, Netscape Navigator is still accessing sites normally, but can anyone help me figure out what the problem is with Internet Exporer?
