hi, if have win7 pro or ultimate you might consider XPMODE. you can run win7 and winxp at the same time,using xp mode and virtual machine http://www.microsoft.com/windows/virtual-pc/download.aspx

not to my knowledge,but after you install it you can go to start /run and type or copy this into run . compmgmt.msc ,and go to disk manager and click on the c drive and right click it and go to change drive letter , i have never done this so im not sure what will happen ,good luck

Yes ,i done it a few weeks ago. as for the difference in the above 2 links for the sp3 ,the difference is told in the brief description of both downloads .
