  1. Why the UL post-install SP2 isn't available...?!

    As already known, SP3 is not for everyone. As an example, I have a portable HP computer and I was forced to reinstall XPpro + SP2. Now I have to avoid SP3 and rather download and install 96 high priority updates, 9 software updates and 4 hardware. I would very much like to have an UL file ante SP3 so I can integrate all above updates with my CD. Is such file still available somewhere ? Can somebody post one ? Thanx.
