Hello! When booting from CD-ROM you should see "Press F6 if you need to install a third party SCSI or RAID driver..." At this screen press F10 Let the loading of the usual drivers continue ( hopefully you have the sufficient drivers to access the harddisk ). The next Windows Setup screen will then present you the option to press R = Recovery Console. I have tested this on XP to clean up using Recovery Console command 'fixmbr' and 'fixboot' after a rather unsuccessful test-run of a dual-boot setup.
