Thank everybody!! I finally found the cause of this problem! It's casused by the Encoding method of I.E. The javascript pull-down menus work incorrectly in Chinese-Traditional Environment!! Just change the Encoding method to English... Thanks a lot!!

Javascript enabled, but still not work.... Anyway, thanks!! Btw, Signature is TEMPORARILY removed!! Thanks for your advice.
