Need help running Drive Image XML from WinPE 2.0

Sadly, I am not finding it so easy. WinPE 2.0 boots up. I execute DriveImage XML. Nothing happens. No error messages, no nothing. This doesn't give me many clues as to what is going wrong. If anyone has managed to get DriveImage XML running from WinPE 2.0 - that's the Vista version, not BartPE or WinPE 1.0 - please let me know what you did. Thanks.
