  1. No it in fact isn't a x64... (don't mind the stupid amd64 remark I made in my previous post haha ) It's quite stupid though. Microsoft should have some kind of back-up plan in order to regenerate a Windows installation with a valid OEM activation key, I guess they don't. I'm asking too much, I know.
  2. A friend of mine asked me to reset his computer to manufacturer defaults. It's an HP compaq nx9010. I searched for a "recovery CD creation" wizard, but I didn't find one. I searched for a i386 or AMD64 folder but there aren't any. I also checked for hidden partitions, but once again, no luck. What I did find is a back-up of the i386-files in the ServicePackFiles folder. I want to make a slipstreamed Windows XP Pro CD with nlite, but is that folder good enough to serve as a real i386? Are there any methods I'm forgetting? Thank you in advance.
