^^ yeah that is not even a complete hosts file there is still many bad hosts left as you can see by my custom hosts file if you dont like except some popular ads e.g google yahoo etc in that hosts.your only protected if you visit that sites only. btw mine too is not full by any means. but your still protected about some percent.
