You could try and use the Portal Addon for IPB which will get rid of any problems you are having with user authentication.

Well obviously they aren't working here. Maybe try the method i described earlier and it should work properly.

It's back again. To fix this problem it seems that it can be done via the IPB Admin CP under Tools and Settings > By setting changing the Member's login key: expiration to Do Not Expire. That's what my Forum is set to and I have no problem with staying logged in.

The latest version of IPB is version 2.3.5 so it isn't a typo.

IPB 2.3.5 will solve the issue of Logging in all the time.
