  1. In my case the problem with he high usage of the cpu was caused by an "ARESTRA" file (the provisional file created by Ares) located in the windows media player library monitored folders. Start a scan of the library with F3 in order to find out which file cause the block. If you cant find it just delete all the folders in tools>options>library>monitor folders. Somebody let me know if it worked..
