You can update the utilities from bin folder.

Look here under Credits section (check those url's for updates and copy them in bin folder, overwriting the files).

yes I know, but PEiD version 0.95 don't work and this is the MOST useful part of Universal Extractor.

They register DLL files as Shell Extensions in order to do that. Universal Extractor simply uses the registry to add its context menu options.

I have been getting a AutoIt error when trying to covert any archive, (archive or executable's)

The system cannot find the file specified.

same error happened to me last month and I had to format my hard drive but... I suspect the error come from your "corrupt" registry.

In my case I remember that I ran some registry cleaners software and deleted some "environment variables" of windows... so I recommend a format

Personaly I use Firefox + wfx_versions

If set up properly it can keep You up to date faster then any software portal can provide ...OK it only supports check on demand

And it supports many update channels (rss, www page, xml, ftp, changelog in some text file, basically whatever Firefox can load).
