SATA II Drivers & NLite
Anyway, doing this will slowdown my drives, the transfer rate of sata II is about 3gb/s the IDE is in bet of cases 133mb/s. This will increase the render jobs in my video projects. I will try to install the sata II on xp. Thanks!

SATA II Drivers & NLite
Hello Fernando. I tried all drivers one by one and have the same result (BSOD 0x0000007) A friend have a similar motherboard with the same sata chip controller (ICH8R/ICH9R), he can do a fresh install of win XP just changing in the BIOS the detection of HD to legacy and IDE. I try to do the same but nothing happen, it not work for me. (I have envy) I continue looking any other configuration. Thanks!

SATA II Drivers & NLite
Hello. Thanks fernando for your help. I try to do as your tutorial say, but i get the same problem: the BSOD send me the same error: 0x0000007 that is a error on hard drive. I try with all the drivers selected on nlite, (Incude the Jmicron). Maybe the procedure works only for SATA (150mb/s) hard drivers, I use SATA II, but this is only a think. Anyway y will keep looking for myself and checking here in the post for new comments.

SATA II Drivers & NLite
Hello to everybody, I'm new on this forum. I found here a lot of information to make my customized unnatended xp cd. I recently bought a Gateway GT4222m desktop which contail two WD 500GB SATA II Drives and I add one more WD SATA 160gb in which the windows vista Home Premium is installed. (OEM Version). I want to change my OS to Win XP because most of my programs works better on xp than vista, and I manage too much data between this pc and a server i own oveer a network. (Rendering of video) This PC does not have floppy disk, so I can't install SATA drivers via F6 Method. I was checking the guide for Nlite unnatended installation and found that we can include the specific SATA drivers adding some lines in the txtsetup.sif. I try several times doing this method but without any result. My sata controller is an intel matrix ich8r / ich9r on a G33 Chipset. When I try to boot from ISO cd it send me an error that say: the entry "ntkrnlmp.exe"in section [sourceDiskFiles] of the INF File does not exist or is damaged. so my question is: Anybody have a idea which is the error. for reference I attach the sif file. Thanks in Advance for the help. TXTSETUP.zip
